Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation / rescheduling fee if you need to move your appointment 48 before your appointment and 100% for no show appointments. 10 minutes or later to your appointment is considered a no-show and you will be charged.
If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment in the allotted time frame you will forfeit your deposit, and be required to pay half or all of your projected appointment. I allow this to happen once, if it were to happen a second time you will be required to pay for your projected appointment in full before booking with me again.
